211 Call Line to Find Resources

Over 200 agencies and organizations such as The United Way, Community Action, and Goodwill just to name a few have banded together to create what they call 211. 211 is a non-emergency service that is available 24/7 and links its users to a referral specialist in their location. All a user has to do is dial 211 on their phone to be connected to a referral specialist who will help to locate agencies that can assist them with housing, food, and many other social services. There are currently over 200 locations across the US that offer the 211 service and they have plans to continue to expand their services to reach as many as possible. If you need any services, you can give 211 a try or feel free to reach out to NF Midwest and we will gladly assist with locating resources in your area.
