Our Walk4NF events are all about connection, celebration, and fun. More than just a fundraiser, they are a chance to build community and spread awareness for NF in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

The walks themselves are fairly short because we want everyone to be able to participate and enjoy the day. It’s a party in the park atmosphere centered on hope and community.

Can’t Make It? Host a Virtual Walk!

If there isn’t a walk in your area, you can still be a part of the movement! With our NF Your Way program, you can organize a walk in your own neighborhood, on a treadmill, or at a local park. It’s a flexible way to show your support and raise funds from wherever you are.

Our walks are intentionally short, typically around 1 mile on an accessible path. The main event is the celebration and community gathering, not the athletic portion!

While fundraising is encouraged and greatly appreciated, it is not required to participate. The most important thing is having you there to show your support for the NF community. Every person adds to the spirit of the day!

Absolutely! Walk4NF events are designed for all ages. We encourage you to bring your family, friends, and even well-behaved pets (leash required) to join the fun.

No walk in your town? No problem! You can join the fun from anywhere by hosting your own virtual walk. Our NF Your Way program gives you the tools and support to create a successful event in your own community.
