Giovan’s Ravioli Eating Contest (Throwback Thursday)

In the fall of 2008, Giovan’s Restaurant and Pizzeria in Crest Hill held their 3rd annual Ravioli Eating Contest to benefit NF Midwest.  The owners of  Giovan’s held this event for many years in honor of a very special customer, Angel Szoldatis, and raised approximately $3,500 each time and boy was it FUN! It was an awesome, unique and loving experience. Thanks again to Giovan’s, the Szoldatis family and to everyone and every business that has stepped up for the neurofibromatosis cause through the years!
